A family recipe from our Sri Lankan Chef, whose mother creates her famous cashew & pea curry with this blend. It can be used in place of any curry powder for a truly bright, fragrant and authentic flavour.

Ingredients: Ground coriander seeds, ground cumin seeds, ground fennel seeds, ground turmeric, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, fenugreek, dry curry leaves
