A traditional style vinaigrette with a twist for any summer salad. What about a watermelon, cucumber, goat’s cheese and fresh mint combo? It also compliments any lamb dish perfectly.

Ingredients: Mint, sherry vinegar, lemon juice, extra virgin olive oil, brown sugar, salt, pepper.
