Tucked into Bendooley’s private gardens, The Shed is purpose-built for focused work. Configure it for a workshop, a board meeting, a strategy day, or a product launch. The space is equipped end-to-end for hybrid meetings: a 120-inch projection screen, full audio system with ceiling microphones, PTZ cameras for hybrid sessions, BYOD and conference room UC support, and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. Flipcharts, notepads, pens, and coffee are all included as standard.
Across the paddocks with its own private entrance, The Stables is built for scale. The space supports plenary, theatre, cabaret, and U-shape configurations, with full in-house AV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and on-site technical support. Best for national conferences, sales kick-offs, and full-company offsites.
After the day’s sessions, the estate becomes yours. Our collection of cottages and suites accommodate teams of up to 22, with the Homestead, the Lake House, and the Loft each offering a different feel for different group sizes. A pool, tennis court, billiard room, private bar, restaurant, and cellar door are all on-site, so the team never has to leave to keep talking.
Our chefs build seasonal menus around what’s growing on the estate and what’s in season locally. Half-day and full-day delegate packages are available in The Shed and The Stables, with evening options ranging from private fine dining in the Homestead to garden BBQs under the trees. Dietary requirements handled as standard. Half-day delegate packages from $95 per person, full-day from $120 per person.
We curate optional experiences to fit the rhythm of your offsite. On the estate: yoga by the lake, wine tastings with our winemaker, vineyard and winery tours, tennis, gardens BBQs, and private dining in the Homestead. Off the estate: horse riding, golf, and bushwalks through the Highlands. All coordinated by our events team, with wet weather plans built in.
