Weddings at Bendooley

The day went so phenomenally well, I don’t think we could have asked for a better day. It was the best day and night of our lives, we had such a blast!

Our guests sang praises about how lovely and gorgeous the venue was! Everyone was also so impressed by the food, it was absolutely delicious. We’re so glad we added the moscato to the wine list, many of the non-wine drinkers found it so nice they’ve already ordered some for themselves.

The Bendooley team was so amazing and helpful! Everyone we interacted with was so friendly and accommodating. All the staff, morning and night were fantastic, there must have been so much hard work behind the scenes that we didn’t see. We want to give a HUGE shout out to Chester – he was such a huge help, very relaxed and calm during the whole day and very reassuring when things were running a bit behind schedule (which was our own delay). We also had such a nice chat with him after the event, he’s such a great guy! We stuck around a bit afterwards to pack our things and unwind in the suite. It was lovely seeing the cleanup staff have a fun time by putting on some jams and being able to have fun while cleaning up, they’re such a good team.

The accommodation itself was AMAZING! We will definitely be staying again when we get a chance! We will be visiting for lunch at least for many anniversaries to come!

The service was wonderful throughout the whole process and the venue itself is just absolutely gorgeous. It was a very smooth and seamless day and the staff working last night made it such an incredible evening and one we will never forget. 

We will absolutely send some photos through once we’ve gotten them back. It was our absolute dream wedding, thank you again to you and all the staff that helped make our experience a perfect one.

We heard so many positive things from our guests yesterday who thought the staff was amazing, the food delicious and how smooth everything was. You have a stellar team and it was the venue of our dreams. 

We just wanted to say the biggest thank you to your entire team for making our wedding day feel so special.

From the moment we first visited the Book Barn with Kim escorting us around the venue, we knew it was the perfect place for us. But on the day itself, it was even more magical than we could have imagined. 

The entire process of wedding planning with your team at Bendooley Estate felt as stress-free as could possibly be – especially with the many questions we had through email. We appreciate your patience with us and collaboration to make our wedding pretty much perfect.

We also wanted to give a special thank you to you Kelly and Chester on the day who made sure our day went smoothly. We were very nervous about the looming rain and felt at ease knowing that there was a contingency plan. Thank you as well for coordinating our entrances and making sure we felt well taken-care of during the dinner. A shoutout especially to Chester who went above and beyond, communicating any vital information we needed to know and also driving Janelle and all her bridesmaids from the Rose Garden to the Book Barn. We felt very fortunate having looked after by him.

Thank you again for all the care and effort you put into making our wedding unforgettable. We’ll always look back on Bendooley Estate with so much love and gratitude and can’t wait to visit again on our Anniversaries!

We had such an amazing day and night! The team at Bendooley’s was outstanding! From start to finish in planning to end of the night everything was soo perfect and we can’t thank you and the team enough!  

We have had some incredible feedback from our families and close friends and we will definitely have memories to cherish forever! We would love to share some photos when we get them, and have some close friends eying off the estate for their upcoming wedding.

There could not have been more good things to say about the beauty of the Stables, the amazing service from all the staff, the quality of the food and wine and cocktails, and the seamless way the whole day ran. We couldn’t be more thrilled that we chose The Stables and are so grateful to you all for making it such a classy, fun and beautiful experience. Everybody was absolutely raving about it. 

We feel so lucky that it all panned out the way that it did. We are now just marinating in the memories and looking forward to all that’s to come in life together.

We just wanted to send you a huge thank you for everything you’ve done for us. From day one, you were the best and most flexible person to work with, always making me feel at ease and assuring me that everything was under control. 

On the wedding day, we had a few hiccups with the floral arrangement and the DJ, but you went above and beyond to make sure we weren’t involved and that everything was handled seamlessly. That level of care and professionalism meant the world to us. 

I also want to extend a special thank you to the lovely lady who was our coordinator on the day (I’m so sorry I can’t recall her name!). She was absolutely amazing, constantly checking in to make sure I was okay and not stressed. Please pass on our gratitude to her as well.

If we ever decide to renew our vows or host any future events, Bendooly Estate will be our first choice, and we will recommend it to everyone we know. It’s been a stressful 8–9 months of planning, but now that it’s over, I honestly wish it wasn’t. You made the journey so special, and our wedding turned out to be the most beautiful day we could have ever dreamed of, and that’s because of you. Thank you a million times over, Kelly.

Wow, I can’t believe how quickly the wedding has come and gone! It truly was the most incredible day, and we feel so lucky to have celebrated it at Bendooley Estate. Kelly, thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication in the lead-up to the day. From patiently answering my endless emails to guiding us through the planning process, you made everything feel manageable and stress-free. Your kindness and professionalism really put us at easy, and it made such a difference.  

Bendooley Estate is already such a magical place, but it’s the staff who bring that magic to life. We feel especially grateful to Chester, who was an incredible coordinator on the day. Everything ran so smoothly under his guidance, and we never once had to worry about a thing. He anticipated what we needed before we even realised it, and his calm, reassuring presence made us feel completely taken care of. A very special mention too for saving my veil from flying away in the wind!  

We are honestly struggling to find the right words to express how grateful we are. From the warm hospitality to the flawless coordination, every single person we encountered at Bendooley went above and beyond to make our day unforgettable. We will always look back on our wedding with so much joy and gratitude, and we know that it wouldn’t have been possible without such a dedicated and caring team behind the scenes.
