Our hand-picked Pinot Noir has a beautiful, supple palate with dark cherry and red berry characters. Time spent in French oak has provided delightful texture, with hints of pepper and spice leading to a long, elegant finish. Delicious in it’s youth, this wine shows promise of further development with careful cellaring.
